I regularly see and hear of many people (especially sportsmen) who are unhappy with their current performance and physique. They spend hours in the gym, multiple days a week, without achieving the desired results and injuring themselves due to over training.
Through my group courses and one-on-one sessions, I help people learn the essentials of lifting weights, safely. This includes coaching teens who are new to strength training.
I help my clients gain the best results in the least amount of time with effective, high-intensity strength training to become the best they can possibly be.
