When you purchase a membership, a ticket to an event, book into a training or any other item from the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce it will be presumed that you have read our Terms and Conditions as stated below.
CANCELLATION AND TRANSFERS POLICY FOR TRAINING'S AND EVENTS
It’s important to let us know if you wish to cancel or transfer your registration from a training session or a priced event. In many cases there are a maximum number of attendees allowed and we have waiting lists of other members who wish to attend. For this reason, the following cancellation and transfer policy applies to all Chamber training sessions and priced events:
To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be advised at least three full working days prior to the date of the training session or priced event. Where written cancellation advice is not received within three full working days prior to the training session or priced event commencing, or a participant fails to show on the day, full fees will be payable.
If you are unable to attend, a replacement participant is welcome to take your place at any stage prior to the training session or priced event commencing at no additional cost. Please provide us with the person’s details as soon as possible.

The name that will appear on the cardholder statements for any transaction made through this website will be “Marlborough Chamber“.
All transactions will be billed in NZ dollars (NZD).
The Chamber will not use automatic billing to renew your subscription. Instead you will be invoiced when your renewal is due.

Our customers' personal details are collected for the purpose of providing our products and services to you, in order to contact customers regarding these products and services and for demographic analysis of our customers. You have the right to inspect and update your details at any time. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers.

Secure means that all information you provide whilst completing your transaction is encrypted so that it cannot be read or intercepted by other people. The company providing this secure credit card processing system has a valid certificate verifying the security of its system and ensuring that no other site can assume the identity of the original site. We do not see or retain your credit card details which are sent direct to the bank for processing. The information collected during your transaction will not be sold to anyone and will be used only by us for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
